Fulfillment Policy for AM Digital

At AM Digital, we are dedicated to providing exceptional digital services. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our practices regarding service delivery, refunds, and cancellations to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

1. Service Delivery

  • Delivery Method: Services are provided electronically, either through email, online platforms, or virtual meetings.
  • Delivery Timeline: The expected timeframe for service commencement and completion may vary depending on the specific service, but all timelines will be clearly communicated upon purchase or contract agreement.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are considered only if the service has not been performed during the contract term.
  • Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds are not provided for:
    • Change of mind after service delivery.
    • Awareness of service limitations prior to purchase.
    • Dissatisfaction without a valid and reasonable cause.
  • Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us via email at andres@am-digital.io or by phone at 305-570-7715, providing your order details and a reason for the request. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, and all refunds are subject to a 7% administrative fee.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Contractual Obligations: Once a contract is signed, cancellations are not permitted. Service agreements are binding for the agreed-upon term.
  • Project Abandonment: A project may be considered abandoned if there is a lack of participation or unresponsiveness from the client for more than 30 days. In such cases, all payments made will be forfeited, and no refunds will be provided.

4. Administrative Fees

All refunds are subject to a 7% administrative fee to cover transaction and processing costs.
